Nothing! I would strongly recommend Booked.net not booking rooms for guests.

The mattress was very uncomfortable. It was lumpy and the springs were coming up into our backs and hips. The heating cooling system was not controllable so you had a choice of too hot or too cold. We asked for a blanket and it was as if no one had ever asked for a blanket before. The person at the front desk finally found an old dirty giant comforter. There was no way we were about to use. The bathroom fan did not work. The bathroom ceiling was very stained from water leaks and the ceiling was falling in over the shower. The entire room and bathroom looked as if it had not been updated since 1980. The hallway smelled and had stained carpeting. The ice machine outside our room sounded like a truck. We complained about it and the desk clerk unplugged it for the night. The clerk said "at sometime in the morning a girl will bring muffins."

When we stayed last time there was a breakfast option - nothing this time. We only say staff at check in.

Location, close proximity to Old Surbridge museum and viliage.

The hotel should have the lobby area open till late evening.

The owner was great and our room was very confortable

Perfect spot to park your car and relax! Most everytbing was in wming distance. The coziness of the fireplace at nignt the warmth Of the whirlpool tub.......doesn't get much better Than that.

Wish they had entertainment or a little restaurant.

The staff was accommodating

The tub in my original room was too small for two people. I asked for another room and they charged me another 40 dollars when there were only two bookings all week-end. Rug was dirty and patching on the wall in the bathroom.
